In order to deliver products to our customers
at the earliest possible time, we
process all items in stock within
24 - 48 hours (business days). You can put orders online 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.

How would exchange rate affect the price?
All orders are processed in
Canadian dollars. USD pricing shown will be converted to Canadian dollars to
process according to the exchange rate made available electronically to
365Healthimmu.com. If you are an overseas customer, your actual exchange
rate will be set by your credit card carrier when the amount is to be
processed. As the US dollar fluctuates time to time, the total USD amount on
your bill may be different than the approximate USD total on your invoice.
Can I order
products
from outside of north America?
Yes! You can order products
online from many countries in the world. We ship products World-Wide. If the
shopping cart does not include your country or area, please contact us by
email services@365healthimmu.com
or telephone/fax (1-800-365-6178). The world IS getting smaller every
day.
How much is shipping and how long does it take
for delivering products?
When you click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart, you
will see the cost for each shipping method. After you choose a shipping
method, shipping charges (inc. packaging) will be added to your purchases
automatically based on the total weight of your order.
365 Health and Immu etc. Corp.
uses Canada Post as the primary courier. Rates may be changed at any time to
reflect shipping rate changes by Canada Post. We always look for the best
shipping price to satisfy our customers. For example, customers can get
"Expedited Shipping" delivery with the same cost of "Regular Shipping" in some
areas during a promotion period. You can find some example rates in the
following section. There may be any delay occurred due to random Customs or FDA inspection. We cannot
guarantee arrival time and do not take responsibility for delays beyond our
control. We can provide quotes for shipping charges with different
couriers like UPS and FedExpress, if requested.

business days depending on areas. Some areas may need extra 2~3 business

US destinations:

Shipping is free for orders over $350 USD.
Expedited shipping (under 1kg) approx. $10~$15.00 USD for 6~12
business days depending on states. Some states may need extra 2~3 business
days.
Shipping cost and delivery time is different from
countries to countries.
Express Shipping (under 1kg) approx. $48 USD for 7~15
business days.
If you order products from a country
where shipping charges are not available in the shopping cart, please contact us by
email or telephone/fax first.

Additional shipping charges may apply for
items or packages weighing over 1kg. The actual shipping rate shown on
your invoice may be changed because couriers change rates sometimes.

The actual delivery time may vary for different destinations.
For some destinations within Canada via standard mail delivery usually
takes over one week. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require longer
time in delivery.

Sometimes, you may find
actual delivery method is "Expedited Shipping" instead of "Regular
Shipping" you chose when you put an order online. It is because that we
offer "Expedited
Shipping" delivery with the same cost of "Regular Shipping" in some
areas during a promotion period,

All shipping is insured and there is a small
insurance charge for the shipping value over $100 CAD.

According to the United States Customs Service; Purchases mailed to the
United States will pass duty-free if their value does not exceed $200
USD.
Purchases which exceed $200 USD may be subject to additional duties
and/or fees.

For the first time
customers
Please create an account
with
CORRECT information. This information will be used for delivering
products, tracking order status, billing and sending the order
confirmation email to you.
Note: If you choose "Fax/phone your
Credit Card Info"
payment method, you need to print and fill a
submission
form completely, and then fax to 1-800-365-6178.

Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to customs and import
duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no
control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to
country. You should contact your local customs office for more information.
When you order from 365 Health and Immu etc. corp., you are considered the
importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all
international packages list the value of your order's contents.
What is your return policy?
365healthandimmuetc.com will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 14 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not
including original shipping fee). We will not, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. Shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping and other
related fees. No product returns will be accepted after 14 days. All returns must be properly
insured. If your return is not insured properly and gets lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund. In the event that any of your products
arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail and we will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number,
daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is
complete. In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $15.00 USD deduction off your total refund. In the event of the
customer refuses to receive the package, the shipping fee is not refundable. If the customer supplies undeliverable or error address, the shipping fee is
not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by sending an e-mail to
services@365healthimmu.com and
provide the following information:

you a RAN. You must write this RAN on your invoice and include it in your
return package. All shipments returned without a valid RAN will be refused.
We will credit your account within one week of receiving your return. PLEASE
NOTE THAT ALL US AND INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL .
