SHIPPING POLICY
When you click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart, you will see the cost for each shipping method. After you choose a shipping method, shipping cost will be added to your purchase automatically based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. 365 Health and Immu etc. Corp. uses Canada Post as a primary courier. Rates may be changed at any time to reflect shipping rate changes by Canada Post. We always look for the best shipping price to satisfy our customers. You can find some example rates in the following section. The delay may be occurred due to random Customs or FDA inspection. We cannot guarantee arrival time and do not take responsibility for delays beyond our control. We can provide quotes for all shipping cost with different couriers like UPS and FedEx, if requested.

Shipping within Canada (Parcel under 1kg):
Regular Shipping approx. $8.00~$11.00 CAD for 2~5 business days depending on areas. Some areas may need extra 2~3 business days. Shipping is free for orders over $270 USD.
Expedited Shipping approx. $8.00~$11.00 CAD for 2~5 business days depending on areas. Some areas may need extra 2~3 business days.
Shipping to Continental US destinations (Parcel under 1kg):

Expedited Shipping approx. $10~$13.50 USD for 6~9 business days depending on states. Some states may need extra 2~3 business days. Shipping is free for orders over $270 USD.
Shipping to international destinations (Parcel under 1kg):
Express Shipping approx. $42 USD for 7~15 business days depend on countries.

Note:

Additional shipping charges may apply for items or packages weighing over 1kg. The actual shipping rate shown on your invoice may be changed because couriers change rates sometimes.
The actual delivery time may vary for different destinations. For some destinations within Canada via standard mail delivery usually takes over one week. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require an additional 2 days in delivery.
All shipping is insured and there is a small insurance charge for the shipping value over CAD$100.
According to the United States Customs Service; Purchases mailed to the United States will pass duty-free if their value does not exceed $200. Purchases which exceed $200 may be subject to additional duties and/or fees.

RETURN POLICY
365 Health and Immu etc. Corp. will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 14 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee). We will not, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 14 days. All returns must be properly insured. If your return is not insured properly and gets lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund. In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail and we will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is complete. In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $10.50 USD deduction off your total refund. In the event of the customer refuses to receive the package, the shipping fee is not refundable. If the customer supplies undeliverable or error address, the shipping fee is not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error. Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by sending an e-mail to services@365healthimmu.com and provide the following information:

Your name
The product(s) being returned
Reason(s) for return
Daytime phone number
Your e-mail address

365 Health and Immu etc. Corp. will issue you a RAN. You must write this RAN on your invoice and include it in your return package. All shipments returned without a valid RAN will be refused. We will credit your account within one week of receiving your return.
